These Terms of Use (the Terms) apply to your use of the Kur mesti? mobile application (the App). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the service is
The App helps you determine which waste container an item belongs in, according to the sorting rules of your selected area in the countries the App covers. Answers are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and are informational and advisory in nature.
2. Nature of the service
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time. Certain features — such as drop-off locations — depend on third-party data and may vary in availability and accuracy by area.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes and not to:
- disrupt, overload, or circumvent the service's protective measures or limits;
- submit unlawful, offensive, or third-party-rights-infringing content;
- use automated means that burden the service without permission.
4. Intellectual property
The App, its logo, design, and content belong to the Kur mesti? team and are protected by law. They may not be copied or distributed for commercial purposes without separate permission.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kur mesti? is not liable for indirect or incidental damage arising from the use of the App or from reliance on its answers. The final decision on how to sort an item is yours, made after responsibly assessing the information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Privacy
The processing of personal and other data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Apple App Store
When you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement additionally applies (Apple Standard EULA). Apple is not responsible for the App and provides no support for it; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
